·         Strong business acquisition mindset

·         Excellent market intel including future trends and technological changes.

·         Interact closely with customer engineering and application support team on understand new programs and technologies.

·         Propose value proposition to customers and manage product positioning.

·         Generate RFQ, Quotations and Negotiations.

·         Meeting customer requirements/ managing programs to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.

·         Sustain and grow replacement business (SOB change)

·         Build strong relationship at all levels with customer

·         Focus on QCDDM

·         Forecasting, Budgeting and Mid Term Plan (MTP)
